9/08/08 update to this page. GREAT video response to the Republicans after their insults to community organizers.
Here are just a few videos I found doing a quick search of “community organizer” on YouTube. The point is not the issues – not whether or not you agree with the issues or the goal of the organizing – the point is that community organizing is essential to American life, essential to the fabric of American society. As one of the organizers in a video says, “Don’t be afraid of that.”
